Pet peeves

-When the stitched line at the toe of the ski sock gets under your toes

-When I click in my binding it has to make a reassuring *SNAP* when they click in. Even if I know its almost certainly in right, I feel like I have to redo it.

-Loose boots

when parents bring their children in the park to take them on the "rollers"

pisses me off that they don't realize that there are serious dangers to being in that major of a blind spot, for both the kid and the skier.

I am willing to bet that you have never been asked this before.

Honestly, swear on my life I've been asked something along those lines several times. Because I'm a girl and there's not a whole lot of skiing where I'm from so people don't know anything about skiing, they just ask really dumb, irrelevant questions and it's really annoying. I probably should have just said getting asked dumb questions because Im a girl but eh whatever.

I am also a girl. A very good looking one at that, like a perfect dime.

Biggest pet peeve: When you get off a chair or try to cruise into the park and the way is blocked by fucking snowboarders sitting down to strap in. Shits irritating

People that don't use up lift seats when its busy

People that ski all the way from one side of the piste to the other

The cost of skiing in relation to resort job wages, or the other way around??

I agree teach them how to ski before bringing them into the park

When I tell people that I ski and they ask me if I can do blue squares.

Snowboarders sitting in the middle of the hill.

And I'm not sure why, but kids just sitting on boxes n hanging out. A lot of times I just go and hit the rail thus hitting the stupid fucks

Huh? Kids literally just sit on the boxes and hangout like its a stoop?

-when the jump gradually gets worn down and all of a sudden has a perfect, 6 inch deep, snowboard trail right up the middle of the jump.

-when you tell someone you ski and they immediately think: so cross-country or racing

-snowboarders having the biggest fucking ego on the hill and having zero respect for skiiers

People on the mountain who think they are king shit on turd island. Whether your pro or a complete gaper. You most likely don't own the hill so don't act like it...

or just people who aren't having any fun, regardless of skill level skiing should be fun.

When people who are clueless about skiing watch the olympics and then expect me to try all that stuff..just no

When it's bluebird and city folk are bitching about this and that. Just shut up and enjoy the little slice of heaven.
