Yet again people are telling him to go for the PEs. So should I bother asking if these people who tell him have tried the skis enough to know if they are what the hype is? I mean, come on, the hype used to be all over the scratch FS, why? cause they were a new ski, now all you guys are going for the PE... typical, whores.

i have skied both and i didnt like the pe. the scratchs have a lot better tail and are better for switch.

steve, you talk like you have the only true insight, so help this guy out. or maybe the PE is a good ski, and it's not just hype. hey there's a novel idea.

TMs are new, so are 4frnts, so are armadas, how come those rider owned company skis don't get as much hype as the PEs? your idea is flawed, whore.

-chris

um sorry to brake it to you but all of those for the most part are getting way more hype than the pe's. especially 4frnt.

I have skied both and I like the PE more but that was because it handled better all mountian and better in the powder, but if u want a mostly park ski i would go with the scratches, I would also reccomend looking at the Trouble maker, I have skiied the TM up at camp and I loved it with the spring blade concept you can pop really high, its great but i also question there durability. You should check the TM out though.

hope this helped

i have owned both and i would say get 176 bc's there narrow enough to be very versitile, and still slay the park 118-86-113, im pretty sure

CTripper you're a fucking moron. When Scratch's first came out, they were the big thing, everyone wanted Scratchs, everyone recommended scratches.

Then it was Armada's, EVERYONE wanted Armadas when they came out, why? Because they were hyped to be so good and because they were stiff, it made everyone want them.

Somewhere in there the PE came out, before Armada's I think but I can't remember for sure. When they came out, they were so hyped that people who'd never even touched the ski were telling people to buy them, yet more hype for the ski.

Now that 4frnts are out everyone really wants a pair. Why? Because it's another Rider Owned company, Like Armada, and Like Line. But now LINE has basically washed off the face of the planet and Armada will be following it off soon.

When another company comes out chances are 4frnt will be forgotten too, why? Cause all the whores on NS telling kids the new skis are so cool and whatever.

So many trend whores is what makes this place shit, they'll go with whatever's 'cool' and judge a ski by who rides them and taking the person's word for it instead of going to DEMO THE GODDAMN SKIS.

I wasn't dissing those companies, cause I have respect for all of them, but I hate the little whores that post shit based on what they heard. I was one when I first came on here, but I'm not anymore cause I realised how retarded it is.

80 in the waist.... thats ok for a small powder day its jsut like the review in powder, its jsut kids saying what they have been told

public enemys are stiffer, therefore better all mountain and still good in the park

havent skied the scratches but i have a grudge against rossi and the pe's blow, so dont get either... i still say try and find some regular enemies... theyd probably be cheaper too.

I have PE's and I would recommend them especially if you are doing 60% big mountain, I skied with mine in Spanky;s ladder this last winter and they were sick and hled their own, even better than my dads X-screams... However I've never ridden the Scratch BC and if you are doing mostly big mountain those would also be a good choice for both park and BC

What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?

I haven't had a chance to ride the Scratch FS but I have tried the BC. I rode a 188 for while in Whistler two years ago and I was very impressed, it's one of the best big mountain skis I've tried. In my opinion though, the PE's are a better overall ski. They're wide enough for big mountain (they're fatter than my bandit XX's) but they also kick ass in the park. If you want a pow ski get the Pistols but if you want a mix of things go for the PE, you won't be disappointed.

you can't spell sick without ck
