is it ok if you can feel the bottem letters? on the bottem.. will the ski b weak if you remount bindings?

since they're die cut, that might be bad, just get your bases stone ground so that they are smooth again. Also, remounting skis can weaken them, but if a good shop fills the holes and stuff, they should be good enough.
