you can make one at geocities.com, freeservers.com and many more... you can choose that you want a site that wont cost any money but it wont be very good quality.

Yeah if you go to geocitices or tripod or something, you can choose pre-defined templates to use. They have little web page 'wizards' so you can get a page up in no time.
