Generally a couple glasses of water and advil before going to bed prevents it. However if i am brutally hungover i go out on my road bike and it sucks until you throw up but then things start to get better.
I swear by a greasy breakfast. I live above a diner so I just go downstairs and order bacon, eggs and homefries followed by a fatty joint. Really hits the spot haha
Avocado on toast, big glass of pulpy orange juice + exercise to sweat it out. Usually fine after that. The worst thing you can do imo is to just lie around all day and be a sack of shit. Gotta get up and be active
