Personal hangover remedies?

When I lived in the state, I lived close to this great 24 hr taco stand that had bomb burritos.

One 1/2 lb burrito filled with bacon, french fries, carne asada , and some other tasty burrito ingredients

followed by the partaking in a large dump cleared up the worst of hangovers.

Really missing this remedy right now.

Whats your secret?

chug a bottle of water before falling asleep

wake up, shower, smoke a spliff, eat some food

aaaaaaaaaaand it's gone
 
drink so much that you're still drunk when you wake up and then drink loads of water and eat properly and you'll be good to go.
 
go outside, worst thing you can do is sit around watching tv or something. even better if you can muster the energy to work out or jog (sweat it out).

smoke weed, that should at least settle your stomach enough to eat a proper meal.

morning beers help alot but it just delays it.

cocaine, i cant vouche for this one but i know a guy who often pulls superhuman benders and this is a major factor.

honestly though i cant say any of these are 100%, would be nice if there was a legit 100% hangover cure cause they get unmanageable after you turn 21-22
 
Why not? that is the difference between title contending teams and the rest, even when they dont play well they find a way to win, that extra bit of quality is why we spend the big bucks. besides we hardly played badly, first half we bossed, had twice as many shots as them (over 20) and more possession.
 
1st- A nice cup of coffee with some NS home page edits.

2nd- A warm, sometimes lengthy shower.

3rd- Another cup of coffee and a few hits from the vape.

I'm on step one now lol

 
usually mix drank with gatorade/powerade and eat a banana or two before calling it a night. big breafast usually helps. sometimes going for a run then u sweat out all the nasty shit in your body that gives you the hangover works really well but sucks ass while you're doing it

If i'm actually hungover I just pound back like six cups of water when I get up, and blaze. Clears it up every time, and if it doesn't morning drinking works as well.
 
Drink a lot of water before going to sleep. Drink water in the morning. Eat a solid breakfast (but don't overeat). Continue to stay hydrated throughout the day.
 
get this stuff called kangen water, its basic water like 9.5 ph and 11.5 ph. Ive heard if you take a shot or two of the 11.5 ph it clears it right up. I drink the 9.5 ph reguaraly
 
Try drinking smarter fuck head. I mean everything in moderation. There is no need to drink to the point where you have a hangover. If that is the only way you can have a good time then you are a sorry mofo.

Anyways I find the most luck with preventing the hangover. That means eating something before I crash, as well as chugging a gaterade. If I do that, I usually wake up the next morning feeling amazing. If I don't do that, I will grab a water and just go in my shower for like a hour until it doesn't feel like I am dying. Then I eat just a small snack, I have no appetite to actually eat a good meal.

What I have found out tho, is if you get a hangover you can't be lazy about it. We all want to stay in doors, watch tv, and just like not do anything, but I have found that doesn't help at all. Leaving your house, jogging outside, then eating a soon as you can work wonders for me. Just never have the energy to do that most the time.

Point is tho, chug a gaterade and sometimes taking an alieve before you crash can work wonders.
 
Honestly, just get out of bed and force yourself to go on with your day. Being active, drinking water, and actually burning calories really is the best way to get over a hangover. That - and drinking water before you pass out the night before.
 
- 2 glasses of water before bed

- Glass of milk, whole wheat bread, 3 eggs, tomatoes, bacon and cheese for breakfast.

- Go outside and do stuff.

Get some Bolthouse farms smoothies and any food. Eat outside if you can. Always makes me feel better
 
Well in Chile we have 2 "secrets" :

First one is drinking "Malta con huevo", it is basically a drink made with sugar, Malta and a raw egg. You drink it in the morning and it basically wakes you up like nothing else.

Second one is eating seafood. In chile we have lots of Sea food, so when you are returning from a party and you want to eat something you have some surf clams and you are good to go.
 
Keep drinking water, eat some food, drink more water.

Or my personal favorite is simply cracking a beer when I wake up and drinking it outside if the weather is nice. Followed by some food and many more beers and you're golden.
 
Go to the 24 hour McDicks and eat a McDouble some fries some nugs and get a cup for water and drink lots/ steal powerade then drink a Gatorade in the morning
 
If I ate seafood in the morning while very hungover I think I would puke my brains out.

My approach is usually to lie in bed in misery until around 3-4, eat some greasy buffet food, and maybe roast one.
 
Jumping in the nearest lake or river. Has to be freezing cold. I used to live in big sky and a lot of people used to go jump off a bridge into the freezing cold river to cure their hangover. It's amazing. Also, my friend Mary Jane is good at it too.
 
Hold up, you're saying you take a good old pounding from some guy down the road to get rid of your hangover?
 
Why focus on hangover remedies when you can just prevent hangovers in the first place? drink a glass of water for every few beers/shots you drink and try to have something in your stomach besides alcohol when you go to bed and you'll be fine. Wake up, have a coffee, go to the gym, and get on with your day.
 
Water and lying on the couch watching TV for several hours in the morning (assuming that the next day I don't have to do anything). Also Verve and vitamin water helps tremendously.
 
My hangovers have gotten so much worse over the years. I used to be able to drink hard until very late and be perfectly fine in the morning. Now, I get destroyed the next day after drinking even a moderate amount. I take a shower, vape, and make some tea and that usually helps.
 
i hear that, dude. my hangovers have gotten down right brutal as i've gotten older. i used to be able to party till 4 am and be in class by 9. now, if i get tore off, i'm pretty much guaranteed to be useless for two fucking days. shit sucks.

a xanax and some sort of painkiller in the am

some herbage

bloody mary if its not gone by now

and i forgot i had a hangover a couple hours later

 
Don't get wasted. Wow! And it actually works! If you control your drinking and don't get piss drunk, you won't have a hangover!
