I just finished my application for UBC (engineering) and I'm pretty nervous/stoked. I was wondering how many ns'ers go to UBC or plan to next year to kind of give a run down on whats fun in van for if I get accepted.
 
Vancouver is a super legit city and it's under an hour from UBC to the mountains. A friend who's in engineering says it's a shit ton of work though and you won't have much free time.
 
There are a ton of newschoolers at UBC from what I've heard..

I'm a new transfer out here, but I've lived in Vancouver all my life. It's a pretty awesome place to live if you like to ski.
