Rant...So I work at a sub shop in Boulder, CO, on the hill, where majority of the people are college age. So our tip jar used to say "Show us your tips!!" A women came in and complained that it offended her and is offensive to women so we had to change it. A lot of people, including many women, thought it was funny but one bitch thought it was offensive. The manger, a women, was the one that wrote it and put it up. Some people are too sensitive and get offended too easily. Political correctness sometimes goes too far, a simple pun can be seen as offensive. It just pisses me off. Sorry about the rant.

Any other examples of people being to easily offended?

 
i have one friends whom if i point out some one is black around him he calls me racist. even if im like "its over by the black guy over there" how is that racist?
 
I work for a company just outside of boulder and you wouldn't belive the shit I have to deal with because of easily offended people.
 
People will do anything just to complain to restaraunt (sp?) workers, just trying to make their lives hell.

People who get offended by any little thing should just go in a hole and die. Like in class on friday we were talking about what was going on this weekend and I said that traffic's going to because of the gay pride parade and my teacher goes off at me saying how gay is an offense word no matter how its used even if the organizers named it the gay pride parade not to mention if a ever say the word black or asian they are suposed to be whatever-americans. Political correctness is the worst thing to happen to since drinking ages.
 
My sports med teacher always says, alright guys lets go outside, and this girl complains because he doesn't say guys and girls.

i forgot which country it was ( norway or some country up there), but the women were offended that the "don't walk signs" at the street lights were all male and wondered why they were not men and women so the country ordered all "don't walk" signs to be both male and female lights.

Now thats just too far in my opinion.

for example my mom was hiking with my dog without a leash and she got a ticket from a ranger because there is this new dumbass leash law that says your dog has to be on a leash even if he is very well behaved probably cuz a couple of pussys complained about one dog! anyway it was worth like 100 bucks or something unreasonable like that and she payed it too late, so there was a warent out for her arrest becuase she didnt pay the fucking dog ticket on time and the police called our house and shit and were like we are sending someone to arrest you cuz you didnt pay the ticket and bullshit like that it was so damn unbelievable i was so pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! boulder is screwed up like that but it is a fun place to live non the less.

couple things. i would think cunt would offend most girls, ive found it rare to find a girl wiling to use it and not object, (or look offended) when you use it.
second, i agree. changing team names, all the shit makes me hit the fan. although that video took it to far. its not my job to move if you want to come to a coffee shop and start cussing, its your job to shut the fuck up and stop offending people
 
I wouldn't use cunt even if the situation called for it. To us guys its seen as a handy fallback but it really pisses the ladies off. If I was in a similar unreasonable situation I'd just stay calm and call them out on moral highground. At the end of the day you'll feel a lot better for straight up owning someone in any argument about political correctness if you just stand your ground, explain your point and refuse to change. If they make a bigger deal out of it they just end up looking that much more rediculous.

i got suspended for going off on my health teacher this year...first to start off she is a flaming lesbian. which i don't really have a problem with, but keep shit to yourself. anyways she hates all guys, she sits in class and goes yeah us women do a better job then you sissy mama boys and all this shit like 30 minutes of class is her putting guys down. girls magically get A's in that class and guys get C's...no matter what. anyways i said something like "yeah she is acting so gay" to my buddy not even referring to her and she starts flipping out about how that's not correct to say and how i was an asshole and stuff. so i was just like listen here you fucking dyke i don't know who you think you are but you need to be put in your place. i wasn't even talking about you why don't you go home and go scissor your lesbian friends you fucking cunt...didn't turn out to well, but definitely worth it

I understand that when people act stupid they get called out on it, but calling a woman a cunt is one of the most degrading things you could call someone. Its like the verbal version of spitting in someones face. this one teacher at my school was explaining to the class about the definition of rape, and she was telling us how its rape if a rich man has sex with a poor women, and one of the kids disagreed, and she go pissed, so they started yelling at eachother, and she was like "anyone with more power having sex with someone with less makes it rape, and then hes like, IM BEEING INTELECTUALLY RAPED IN THIS CLASSROOM. and the teacher stormed out. the bitch got fired, thank god

correct. like we were talking about WWII and had to call the japanese asians. it was fucking retarded. in fact my entire school is fucking retarded; teachers, students and everyone.
 
I went off on my stupid dyke French teacher a few years ago after she insulted me, my parents, our country(she was from France),me being christian all after someone brought up the war asked my opinion and I said I supported the troops. I covered all the bases with her she was short, fat, stupid, ugly horribly dressed, an outcast from her own country, and to top it all of I called her a carpet muncher(which would have gotten me expelled for sure). I got sent to my 10th grade admin. but she was gone so the 12th grade admin was dealing with me and he was a vet. and current reservist who has served both Iraq wars so he heard my story about how she started it he didn't belive it all at first but he called in other kids and they told him what happened and that I was telling the truth so I didn't really get in trouble I mean I got 10 hours of detention but it was alot't better than suspention of expulsion and I didn't even have to serve them I just had a my cool history teacher sign them off over acouple of weeks. But the best thing is at the end of the year she was fired because she was also racist and very vocal about how she thought that soilders were murders so I got a slap on the wrist and the cunt got fucked over
 
shit my parents heard about it like a week later and were super pisssed because "I could have gotten in so much trouble" and "the teacher could make your life harder" neither of which happened till the end of the year she pretended I wasn't there she didn't even call my name at role and I still got a B.
 
hahaha yeah i have had a B in there the past 2 nine weeks and she marks it as a C by giving me a 0 out of 40 for class participation...i just take it up to the principal and he fixes it...she doesn't even get in trouble for that shit. it's fucking gay.
