it would depend on the circumstances surrounding the drinking, i would think. for instance, if you drink during times when it would not adversely affect the rest of your life, i personally couldnt see that as a problem. if you need to drink to "cope" or you drink when you are at work, or you drink to get through class, or you drink to be able to feel good about yourself, then sure, you may have a problem. people say they have a drinking problem, or that they are alcoholics, but the true alcoholic is something so full of despair and sadness to me that i can't see how calling yourself that would be something to take lightly. if you (or those close to you) honestly think you may have a problem, talk to someone who is qualified to help. this could be a therapist or a doctor or a religious leader, or a member of a program. if not, enjoy life and be glad that you have the time to enjoy a drink or a few. those days dont last forever.
