Yeah. People do. I know I'm being hypocritical after I made that gangster thread, but its seems our entire generation (kids 14-18) include insults in daily conversations...and now to people they don't even know that well. Straight up insults. Like "seb sucks fat cock" or a recent one insulting mine "MixMasterFAG" are the names of some of the itunes shared network folders. I really don't see why that's necessary...just name your library something that's not completely retarded.

This is kind of ranting...but what's up with "your mom" and "that's what she said?" It's funny if said at the right time, but at others its just plain stupid. I hear people saying it right and left, just throwing it around.

But in general...I think that people putting down other people, even if they are friends, is dumb. They should just chill, and be peaceful and positive. Yeah. Skiing season's here and we should all just be happy!
 
I curse all the time in normal conversation with my friends. It's not the words you use but the meaning behind them that you convey.

Words aren't "bad". Only if you use them in a bad context.
 
word i agree. the odd joke is fine, but only at the right time. but when people push the same insults (or even different ones if enough) all the time over and over again, it's just straight up un-cool. why can't poeple just generaly just relax and chillax?
 
The Effect of Country Music on Suicide

Abstract

This article assesses the link between country music and metropolitan suicide rates.

Country music is hypothesized to nurture a suicidal mood through its concerns with

problems common in the suicidal population, such as marital discord, alcohol abuse, and

alienation from work. The results of a multiple regression analysis of 49 metropolitan

areas show that the greater the airtime devoted to country music, the greater the white

suicide rate. The effect is independent of divorce, southernness, poverty, and gun

availability. The existence of a country music subculture is thought to reinforce the link

between country music and suicide. Our model explains 51% of the variance in urban

white suicide rates.

you know what annoys me? kids who are constantly use gay and faggot. I'm not gay so that's really not the reason it bothers me. it's like you're gay. no I'm not, I like pussy. I guess it's because I have a friend who uses it fucking constantly and it's like the only insult is you're gay. it's like what are you gay or something? is that the reason you use it so much?

that's true...I don't get why someone would call another person gay. With all the gay rights movements going on I don't understand how people can still say something like that without being totally un-PC...I can't say it anymore without feeling that I'm going to insult someone.

When you have the urge to call someone 'gay' as a random insult, instead, use the term 'girly-man'. It gets to the point without all the baggage.

Better yet, just stop insulting people.
 
I still say it sometimes, how can I not I'm a guy in highschool, it's typical. but I try not to constantly use it. I really don't care if someone is gay or not, I had a friend from camp who was gay and that was fine with me. he's a cool kid and it's not like because they're gay they try to hook up with every guy. I don't try to hook up with every girl I see so why would they in that situation?

and along with hate in general, I can be a total asshole (especially when I'm in a bad mood) but I'm not normally the type to immediately judge some random ass person like some kids I know.

the other day my friend was playing guitar hero and he was on easy and when the music came he said "Fuck theres 3 of them!" one of my friends said thats what she said

thats an instance where its okay haha
