So I keep reading all these threads where people are "not coming back" to ns because the forums have turned into cesspools of unintelligible rants with people dissing one another for no reason. Well, I've been on NS for a while and I have never seen it turn into that because it has always been that. I stay because there are some good threads with good info (even if most are stupid)and the vids and pics are sick, so my question is when were these good ol' days of intelligent discourse on NS, or for that matter, the entire internet?
 
but seriously I agree with the thread creater. ive been here for almost 2 years and this "problem" has been there since ive been on this site
 
ya, quitting ns because you're an attenion whore and can't get the attention you want isn't worth making a thread about.
 
this si the NON-ski gabber, so of course there will be a ton of random and pointless shit on here and a lot of people will disagree with each other, so if u dont like it go to another forum, simple as that
 
I must admit it seemed a lot more fun a couple years ago...then again how fun can a forum website be...
 
i've been on NS for five years and when i first started coming there was always good shit on here. but you have to realize that this site has more than quadrupled its members since then, which in return means more dumbasses and assholes.
 
the point is that before it was mostly some well knowed members that were talkshiting and stuff, now it's totally random people who talkshit on anything. That's the difference I think
