ok people - I've got this idea, and well if anyone is heading out to Whistler, I would be grateful if you could have a quick look at this site www.ibmeubu.co.uk . I'm a web designer by trade and would like to spend my time in Whistler doing something creative and productive, as well as skiing tons. I like that idea, and it seems quite realistic, like this could actually work really well. I'm going to be in Whistler for April and May, and then back in July and would be interested in that.

Thats a sweet ass idea! I would love to be a part of it but I'm moving to Whistler next season 2003/2004 with my friend Jenna who also skies. We will be up in Whistler like every WEEKEND from April through till June this season though, and we have a video camra and a computer to edit shit....

 
such a good idea. I wish I was going to be at whistler this season. best of luck to anyone who gets in on this. this is a better way of getting a movie made than others what have recently been proposed.

I already messaged you about this and I'm really stoked on the idea! Everyone listen to this guy he makes a lot of sense. Check out his website though because he makes much more sense than I do.

I know Freeze has a forum but it kind of sucks. I'm not sure if Freeskier has a forum or not but it's worth a shot.

 
I'm not going to be at whistler man this year for the whole season but i am planning a week up there when college gets out. Keep my email (kwideski@mail.cotr.bc.ca) and i'll give u guys a shout when i'm heading out. I need to finally ski with some half decent talent.

Biglines.com it is based out of calgary, but there might be some whistlerites there aswell

freeskiing.com you could try there, but I don't think many people use it any more. I know I havn't for a couple of months.

Yeah all going well on the Whistler Video Cartel idea - I'm heading out to Canada pretty soon but I might not have real easy access to email for a couple of weeks, so if your interested, might be an idea to email me a contact number or something like that so I can give people a shout when I arrive in Whistler.
