People don't believe me

its crazy how good you can get...i dont get to ski a lot in the winter maybe only like 10 times but after 2 days lapping the park i can hit almost every hit and pull 270 outs. jumps i just started doing last year...good shit bro keep it up

That's sick dude, I did the exact same thing. I skied till i was like 9, then boarded for 8 years, and then went back to skiing last year. I'm probably right where you are skills wise too, keep up the work dude.

agreed. you are good for first year, but almost anyone can get that good skiing a good bit in a year. nonetheless, still pretty sick. keep up the good work.

That's pretty much what I think.

idk, seems to me that if you understand how to ski well outside of the park, like have the technique and everything down, it would be easier to learn stuff in the park (i'm not hating, i suck at park but then again i never go in it). i just don't like people who only know how to ski park and can't ski the mountain. now, if you ski at a hill rather than a mountain that only has park then i don't mind. I just find it stupid how people will go to a place like Alpine Meadows and lap the park all day when there's an entire mountain above it.

it's all the same? is that what you're infering?

i'm not trying to be a smart ass i just don't get the metaphor and i really want to know. it's bothering me.

i hate the claming. and you really are not that good besides natural talent. you make skiing look hard pretty much

im one of the other 99. does anyone know it?|

ps. nice skiing. but not that great.

agreed that you make skiing look hard tho.

1. you are way to cocky, get over your self

2. this is also my first year skiing too, and i only snowboard for 6 years. And i am better than you at jumps but you are a little better at rails.

snowboarding and skiing are basically the same once you learn the essentials, i was landing 3's my first day ever skiing on a 30 foot table top. Im not saying that to brag im saying that because your not special its not hard. I have a freind that is amazing snowboarder and everyone respects him way more because he will never admit that he is any good.

i believe you, last year was my first yeaer and i dont get out much so ive probally been out a totall of 30 times in my life and im almost as good as you but i can pretzel or switch up.

ure pretty good and its my first year too. everyone says im really good but if its your first year skiing and you really like skiing and keep wanting to progress you will always be better than those who have been skiing for a while and dont try new stuff.

what pisses me off is that you are on a setup that is nicer than mine and i have been skiing for 14 years. park only for 3 but whatever. scratches and fks's mounted dead center. wow dude.

uhh dude, i wasnt being cocky at all...not once did i say i was good, but you were basically bragging right there, even though you said you wern't...but for my setup, ha...its just basic pants and jacket with a huge WU TANG hockey jersey, nothing special...

its kind of believeable if you were a good snowboarder. a snowboarder in the park crew at my mtn tried skiing a coupletimes this season and hes pretty good for a first timer

I doubt you know how to ski, to me it looked like you knew how to huck off jumps and slide a rail and do a few switch ups and 270.

Start with this...

to be truthful, your kind of like that smart bitch in all your classes that raises her hand after getting her graded test and asks if 98% is good.

once you can ski or snowboard, its easy to switch between them. Claim: i have been snowboarding for 11 years and last year when i tried skiing, i landed a 3 my first try and my friend who has skied all his life can hardly make it down the mountain on a snowboard, but he can switch 270 on on a snowboard.
