Penn State 2011-12 Thread

Just a good thing to do. The colleges (at least IST, I'm assuming most, if not all, the other colleges do the same) do serious annual evaluations and they actually take these seriously so it actually matters. But no, you don't HAVE to do it and there's usually no real benefit for you other than getting back at terrible instructors or rewarding the great ones. Although in a few classes I've had there was extra credit given to everyone if, like, 80% of the class did them
 
I tore apart my trig professor from the summer. if you asked a question the fucker would just laugh at you. it felt good to vent my frustration haha
 
I took an online art class last spring and it was terrible. Everyone in the class trashed the teacher in their SRTE's and she was removed from the university after the summer session. They hired a new art teacher for the fall.

 
so the part about snowing a was a little premature as we got less than an inch, but the ever presence of snow is still a nice thing to see.
 
so i was just by the top of the bike path on clinton street trying to set up a little jump thing and i saw like 4 or 5 nice pvc rails stashed in the woods. do they belong to anyone on here??
 
patrick has a backyard setup behind his house, but i'm not sure if he is on clinton street or not
 
there arent any houses there. its just a little hill with a playground near it and woods all around
 
go to elion and look at your schedule, and you can select a box that will preorder your books for your classes automatically.
 
haha yeah fucking blows, i have an 8am edesign class at Hammond. Where can i find info on the loop bus? because id rather not walk a half an hour to class that early if i dont have to
 
I don't know when they start running to be honest. Sucks doe. You'll get used to walking pretty easily here. Its pretty much a hobby of ours

Fall of 2013, either University Park or World Campus. Lived in SC since I was 5, know I have the credentials to get in. However I'm studying abroad in Germany right now, and may have found potential sponsors here to further my racing career (did some racing in the US). If that is the case, I will be doing my degree through the world campus, living here in Europe, either UK or DEU. If not, I'll get at all of you when I move back to SC.

Not a surprise but was accepted, ill be back in SC in June of 2013 and most likely on campus in fall 2013.
 
its okay, with how small Tussey mountain is, the scale of you to the mountain will still be close to 1:1
 
eehhh if it was friday and i was with a few kids then yeah.

and we seriously should hang out and watch some of the newer ski movies to get ourselves affiliated. i don't know any skiers here.
 
Tussey opens when..

They have enough money to make ice.

and they close when they run out of money.

Give or take the season is 3 months.
