It's not an authorized dealer... If you can find a new Fx1 on an online store for less that $3,000, It's most likely a scam.

i wouldn't say scam but they are more then likely gray or black market cameras.(gray is like they are from japan for the Japanese market but someone bought a bunch and are selling them here for cheaper but you don't have a warranty or anything.)
