i would say it's not just a response in NSG, but a mantra you can carry with you your entire life. when shit goes wrong, just pee in her butt. it'll solve everything.

It is getting a little overused, but still funny. The problem with all these sayings is that they are really funny IN THE RIGHT CONTEXT. People just using it every chance they get where it just barely makes sense is what kills it. It does make us come up with new shit though.
 
I did my research, no official history on the "pee in the butt" I said it this past weekend and it was hilarious.
