PC=Never Ending Season

brighton will illin today absolutely nobody was there. hopefully after this series of storms this week its just sunny and slushy though.

4/20 closing date will be fucking epic.

well between you and i...

howabout we don't hit it before, and ruin it, you leave them up for a few days, and perhaps a few kids mightttt come up and maybe sesh.

yes?

Not true, parks have been open until the end. last year Jonesys was the only park open because the other parks didn't have enough snow. But what has happened the last two years are multiple serious injuries half way through the day and we have to shut the park down for the remaining two hours or so. Last year there was an hour left and people were irate that we shut the park down for the throngs of people one after the other wrecking themselves. But to answer your question, parks are open until the resort closes unless too many people decide to lemmings themselves off jumps in which case we shut that park down to do the investigations....

sounds good, just making sure, i bet it got pretty bare down in pick last year after the bad snow year

The way the week is going, no it won't... but come to the crown on saturday. I'll be throwing a little shindig kinda thing.

rumor has it that lower jonseys will be turned into a super jib area with all the features they took out of kings. sounds like a good time

well it looks like it will, i skied by there today after shreddin pow up high and they had 2 cats reshaping some stuff and prolly 10-15 jibs in a big pile right at the bottom.

I hate liability. I hate insurance. I hate people who sue. I hate mountains that bitch out and only buy insurance until the beginning of April to save money. I hate mountains with summer operations that are not mountain biking-- forcing them to close early. I hate lame weekend warriors who get tired of skiing by April. I hate ski resort CEOs at mountains with summer operations (that aren't mountain biking) who dream of closing their ski hills to make more money in the summer. I hate ski hills that wont open on April pow days because they don't have enough staff at that time of year and because their patrolers are too lazy by April. I hate when it snows after the mountain has closed for the season for said reasons. I hate hearing people complain about cold, snowy weather in April. I hate when the mountain emails you thanking you for your business, informing you that they are closing in 3 days, even though they still have a 550 cm base. I love Whistler, Hood, and all those Euro resorts that don't close.

yo all a mountain needs to do is a the end of a season have a cat push a 30 foot base to the bottom of the hill and throw a bunch of rails out and have whoever wants to be there jib and hike and maybe have a decent size jump and thats it just so we can jib on real snow. thats the funnest thing to do.

beachballs on saturday? and floaty toys? i hope so.

i may need to bring a basketball to get my ball on, on some boxes and the such.

that was taken two days ago, and it is starting to snow again!

huh thats weird, loon and a few other east coast mountains do that every year, and dont make any money from it, and yet it still comes back every year. its not always only about money

I was at the canyons the other day. Super condor,sun peak, and everything tho the south of 9990 were closed. And there was some sick powder..wat a bunch of bullshit
