Paypal help please!

ok so i have 20 dollars in my paypal acount

and i wanted to buy an echeadwear hat that comes out to $14.00

i go to check out and this comes up

does anyone no what is wrong here i would really like to fix this problem.

you have to confirm your bank account. it wont take any money out of your bank if you already have enough in your paypal account.

it just has to have that information in order to back up the funds if you overdraw or need to transfer money to your paypal account, etc.

so like if you have paypal you need to confrim a bank account in oreder to use it? cause im only 14 so im not sure if i really supposed to have paypal so when i go to confirm my bank account and they no im not 18 im fucked right?
