So if you use paypal and you dont think the person is going to deliver can you get your money back? Some one on another thread said you could cancel payment and it would charge their account.

well if the person has a tracking number they can give it to paypal. but sometimes paypal will side with the seller and you may not get your money back...

it is like a court mediation process. you file a claim with your side of the story. they contact the seller to ask his /her side of the story. if the seller does not respond, they will decide in the buyers favor. after the seller has time to respond, then they decide the case. ussually if the complaint is for not recieving an item, they will ask the seller to provide a tracking #, if the seller cannot, they will decide in the favor of the buyer.

this is why they have shipping through paypal, so a seller has no excuse to not have a way to prove the shipment.

ALL OF THIS INFO WILL BE EASIER TO FIND ON PAYPAL.COM THEN BY STARTING A THREAD ON NEWCHOOLERS.COM

no problem....... also pay attention to this policy if you sell shit with paypal. Scammers are using it against people. They know if someone doesn't use paypal to ship with, then they can later claim the item was never recieved even if it really was Whatever way you ship, you must get a tracking number, keep it, and check it regularly. The internet is now a place full of people looking to scam on another, so you must learn to be very dilligent in you internt business dealings....
