so I've read a ton of callout threads and that's a bummer. I've been on ns on and off for a little while and one thing I havent seen recently is the pay it forward thread. If I'm missing it my bad but maybe a fresh one is in order. I read about flippers, scammers noobs... All I know is I just used buy sell trade for the first time (hesitant in the past) with three different people who could not have been more legit. Sorry to people getting screwed here but it only gets better with legit people using it and weeding out bums so hopefully you're not sour on the whole experience. That being said i got everything I want outta my summer cleanIng sale an still some stuff is there. Soooo if anyone is in need of old nordica beast boots in fine shape 27.5, pm me with a decent reason why and they're yours. I'll even pay half the shipping because i am in a great mood. ALL I ASK is please keep this alive and hook up any ns'ers who need it for the winter. Keep it positive I can't see where hate has a place in this thread.

PS anyone who got screwed on a deal I think gets some preference in here with the spirit of things. I gave skis last time and boots ths time i think the only way this will work and stay alive is to do worthwhile things but any contribution helps.

We tried this before in gear talk. Started out legit but got over ran with people just trying to get free shit. If you give those boots away please do it to someone who needs them, not someone who will just end up selling them because they need full tilts.
 
^ thanks and I definately will hopefully for a while at least some people can get some use out of this before trolls etc.
 
Had a good person to send boots to who backed out because someone else hooked him up. Glad to see people aren't taking advantage. Who's got something o thrown in here peopleee
 
Yeah, i started the first pay it forward thread. It worked great for about 10 pages, then kids just started wanting free shit.
 
Negative Nancy up here. Start a new one if it goes productively for ten pages sounds like a lot of kids will get hooked up.

two months later, we tried it again and it lasted about 3 pages.

then again, but only for the donators. Didn't catch on.

A lot of kids get hooked up, myself included. But no one wanted to give. I had given out everything i didn't need, from tee shirts, stickers, watches, sunglasses, cd's, ski gloves, ski goggles. I mean everything i didn't need, i gave away, but no one gave.

 
Plus Kay to you sir and thats really disappointing that people take advantage. If I help someone have a better ski season this will have served it's purpose. Seriously though come on people
 
I know this is not much but hopefully someone who is really in need can have it i dont have too much to give but i thought i should give it a try. just pay the shipping and that is all. the black ecko is a reversible to white. check my pics if you want. ill also post this in the donators forum. PM me. if you actually are in need of a sock hat just ask for it. and if you seem tight and actually need em all send you both if you want.

i really hope this thread works this time. its sad to see some people who are selfish enough to take something for free and flip it for a relatively small profit just to help pay for their own expensive gear that is just an upgrade of the same model they had last year. i really don't have a whole lot to give right now, but in the past i have given old nonfitting gear to a close friend who is a little smaller than me who didn't have his own. he still wears most of the stuff too
