vasaline on the windshield, its so hard to get off, and they will try to us the wipers but it will just make it worse, then put it under the door handles too, or if they leave their car unlocked leave a dead animal in it, but hidden.

f you really wanna get them good and don't mind speding like 10 bucks just dump 5 gallons of milk on their car all over it and make sure to get it into the wiper basin and stuff. they will be able to clean it up but the little bit that stays will curtle(sp) and smell horrible.
