friday at 2a.m. we embarked on a 24hr car ride to visit my dad in the evergreen state. Here's a little photo journal of our trip as it happens.
We get a little restless in the car after about 15hours and stop at this little roadeside paradise for some uraniting and tree climbing.
We put the birdgang to shame!!
We finally arrive saturday morning in Everett, WA at my dad's appartment at 3:30a.m.
Saturday after some much needed sleep we hop back in the car and head to the mountains for a little exploring.
This river was our first victim of lewis and clarking!
We skip some stones!
We risk our lives climbing out onto this bridge! we'll do anything for a photo. good thing it didn't collapse.
After throwing tons of rocks and stepping in the water and getting our kicks wet we hop back in the car to our next unknown destination farther into the mountains.
we find this gorge along side the road that we climb down into.
the water was so clear!
Back into the car again-sigh-. We head deeper into the mountains and the road leads us to a hiking trail.
Where we find this river.
We quickly get to work building a dam!
We get caught being a little to sexy!

i decided to grow this last night.
After we dammed up the river and exposed our better sides to nature we went farther yet.
We ended our journey at the Washington Pass overlook.
there were these huge cliffs that we hiked up to and even threw a tree off of one.
The sun was setting, the rain was coming, and we were getting hungry so we headed back to the car for a 2 hour ride back home to get our nap on.
