We need to lock up violent insurrecting traitorous Trumpers for a very

long time. They are not only violent, but they are a risk to our

country and democracy as a whole.

If it was up to me, they should be

deported to a third world country that has a dictatorship with no

elections, since that is what they tried to put, violently, in our

country.

I think more politicians need to be fucked with in every day life.

All they do is create division and steal peoples money. We are closer to being united than anyone thinks and the 2 party system and all this bullshit could easily vanish since most folks want the same things and can find common ground to agree on.

I prefer the R's currently but thought it was funny as fuck when Margorie Taylor Green kept getting swatted.

I must have missed the part of the constitution that says if a man in a Viking helmet can stand in the capital building for 5 minutes, then he is declared the king of the US

cause that is the only way January 6 could be considered anything close to an attempted coup. Violent riot, yes, attempted coup, uh no it doesn’t work like that

Your right storming the capital is not in itself a coup.

Trying to convince the vice president to not sign on to the election results by intimidation, resulting in a near bipartisan (short of magatards) change to the vp's power during election certification to try to make sure nothing like this could happen again. Now that is irrefutably an attempted coup.

I am sorry we will have to agree to disagree. Trump incited a riot for the expressed purpose of overturning the election. The only reason it failed was because Mike Pence wouldn’t play ball. All the right wing militias were coordinating and arrived based on these undisputed premises, it fits every definition of a coup.

Scolise condemned the attack, and so did Bernie when that happened. Good, that’s how it should be. I think one of the big reasons Bernie didn’t get more flak for the Scolise shooting is that Bernie isn’t out there screaming “take our country back” to a bunch of armed Neo-Nazis like trump is. Bernie is a socialist, always has been- he’s a little bit wacky but at the end of the day he wants high taxes so poor people can go to the doctor when they get sick, if that isn’t your jam then vote against it there’s not really any violent insurgent wing of Bernie’s followers.

It wasn’t stopped by any sort of administrative action, it was stopped when all you illiterate cousin fuckers in the capitol figured out you actually had no idea what you were there for. The mob showed up to declare victory by force but unfortunately for them democracy prevailed when the big guns of the military showed up in defense of the guy that actually won.

What are you talking about. Before Trump they were just boring cheap old people who wanted to pay as little taxes as possible and wanted everything privitized without a ton of government spending/jobs.
