Patriotic Songs

I guess this thread is for the American NSers and maybe a few of the Canucks. How many of you enjoy the occasional patriotic song or are inspired by patriotic music? I know I am.

Heres a few of my favorites, please post some of yours:

Kid Rock's Warrior has it's moments, even though I hate the guy to death. Extremely patriotic song though. If you wanna feel patriotic, listen to music from Braveheart, brings a tear to my eye every time.

in all fairness, many Americans currently share that view. its a shame, but its true

I wouldn't say MANY americans feel strongly about that. I am sure MANY americans would run right back here if they were forced to live somewhere else, though.

Personally I love what America stands for and the principles it is built/based upon. Although I don't particularly like where we are headed and our current state of affairs. So I guess I love America, but I think we have some things currently that need to be changed/dealt with. If people don't like America in this sense, I can understand, but if you're an American citizen and don't like America at all, well then I think you should re-evaluate your opinions and/or GTFO. But, lets try not to turn this into another bantering political thread. I have my views, other people have theirs. Now for my favorite patriotic song.

i'm Canadian, and usually not patriotic at all, but i like our national anthem. i only sing it at sports events (when nobody else can hear me), but i do enjoy listening to it.

Born in the USA is not a patriotic song. Have you never even listened to it, or just read the title?? It's a criticism of the American government, specifically about Vietnam.

i probably should have posted a disclaimer. some people do consider it a patriotic song. am i one, no.
