i was just thinkin today about stuff i remembered from the past season, and one thing that i remember hating was riding up the lift with tourists, the kind that go out and buy twin tips cause theyre the new rage, the people who talk about how skiing is such a hassle and how they hate it (why do it then bitch), the ones that try to make 'friendly' (retarded) conversation, and the ones who talk like theyre veterans, i hated that so god damn much, but what can u do

usually i ride with my friends, but in the mornings before my lazy ass friends are up, i end up ridin with the tourists who get a head start on their day, and after teh parks closed and its just me and the little rail park, but u meet some interesting ppl night skiing

i once rode up a lift with a man who had no tongue (i'm serious). He even tried talking to me and motioning with my hands. he said/motioned something about sliding rails and twin-tips. i'm pretty sure that's what he said, haha.

this past season i rode the lift with a 6 year old at okemo, she was taking lessons that day. She told me weird stories too, like how her brother ran around naked on the 4th of july, she just kept talking the whole way up.
