Pass revoked for speed?

My buddy bombed right next to a slow sign and the employee making sure everyone went slow whipped out a scanner thingy and pointed it at him. Hes now paranoid af, does this mean his pass will be revoked?

It might be a scare tactic. Since you guys were hauling downhill id be very surprised if they were able to scan the pass. When I’m in the lift line they often have to hold it at me for a second or two even when I’m pointing at where it is in my jacket. Just be careful as seen in the Sunday comic strips yellow jackets main mission on the mountain is to make skiing lame for us
