Party busted,Hid from cops. am i introuble?

i was at this kids party over spring break last week, and someone said that cops were outside, so i went into the backyard to chill out and see if anything was gunna happen, so i saw cops, and nonchanlantly walked to my car and chilled in there....we find out the cops were called becuase some drunken neighboor was casuing probelms with some guy, and then the cops noticed cars and kids, so he came to the house where the party was and said they werent called for the party, so just try and eep everyone inside, and we wont do anything about it. Cops are soo chill here
 
they wont even do anything...do you really think they would waste their time searching for just one kid so they can bust him for underage drinking? maybe if they caught you at the time, but they probably wouldnt care at all now.
 
its not the fact that he wont search your property. cops tend to take unnecessary actions sometimes. but with a semi-decent lawyer all evidence against you would be thrown out.
 
i know all you kids think "cops cant do this and cops cant do that"

but they do and will continue to do it because its their word vs yours
who do you think is going to win
 
Option 1 -- You weren't at the party.  It's your word against the word of a bitch who was probably super fucked up at the time and might not be remembering everything right.  

Option 2 -- You went to the party, saw that people were drinking, and then left because drinking is bad and illegal.

Option 3 -- You were at the party drinking apple juice out of a beer can because you didn't want to drink alcohol but you didn't want to get made fun of at school. 

Option 4 -- Plead the 5th and exercise your right to remain silent.  I doubt a few drunk kids' testimonies would be enough to prove you guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
 
No dude... You're set! They can't charge you with anything because they didn't see you there. You can't get an MIP, or a disturbing the peace. You didn't run... they just didn't see you. No worries dude.
