here are some basic movements..

Roulade

Saut de Bras - Arm Jump

Lache - Release

Tic-Tac

Saut de Fond - Zeskok

Passe Muraille - Wall Scale/Wall Pass

Saut de Précision - Precek

Saut de Chat - Cat Jump - Kong Jump

I've seen that video a few different times, it's so fucking crazy, they're SO talented. I wouldn't be surprised if they died doing it someday though.

ya, youre not supposed to cat jump fences, you need a long surface so you can dive at it. but anyway, i learned to do a wall/fence pass today... soooo sick, when done right you get soo much clearance

that video isnt real parkour. "Parkour is the art of moving through your environment using only your body and the surroundings to propel yourself." its not the fancy backflip things. check out www.americanparkour.com
