parkour. but yea insane! how do you get in to shit like that, start of running and jumping of benches! extreme gymnastics, extreme afterbang
 
haha yeah my friend and i are getting into it and trust me its pretty gay when your starting out. its cool though because sometimes we'll be just parkouring around somewhere and then we'll get approached but some other parkor guy and then he'll just teach us and give us lessons for a while. thats happened like twice now.

also its mad cool because it opens up a bunch of sick spots. like rooftops mainly
 
dude parkour has no afterbang, the entire point is that its a fluid series of movements, so you flow from one spot to the next as easily and steezily as possible. its is super badass.
