Park vs big mountain

Can you be newschool if you lap the park less than twice a day? Can you be newschool if you prefer natural hits to manmade?

Can you be newschool if you prefer pow to rails?

Just curious

Where do you see your sport in 5years?

It seems like everything rightnow is steering towards park pipe rails but all that crap is a fad like balletskiing once everyone learns to actually ski I am sure this will be longforgotten.

EXACT QUOTE FROM RYAN OAKDEN

i however, enjoy both, but big mountain fersher bra..

Dude....are you serious??? You think that park/air/rails will ever be forgotten?? Obviously it might change a lot. I can see comps like the Back 9 becoming way more popular because they incorporate both....but seriously that stuff will never disappear.

bro thats just a quote, did you read what i said, i said i like both, i just barely read that ryan oakden quote and was gonna make a thread about it, but i decided to not waste space and this thread was a perfect oppurtunity to post the quote tahts all.

sorry, I didn't mean to quote your quote if that makes sense. Just the part that park and stuff would be forgotten completely.

Anyway, sounds like we're saying the same thing so whatev. I personally am no park rat...I would rather hike for 30 min to get freshies than take 2 runs through the park.

yea, i think we need to segregate everything and single everyone out.

rail riders can only slide rails

pipe jocks aren't allowed of their ditches

big mountain guys arn't allowed to touch a groomer (AT ALL!)

and if you get caught associating with someone outside the sport (or even your area of specialty) you must forfit your membership to this website and everything skiing.
