Park updates.... RESORT updates?

What do you guys think?

I mean as we're all getting older and the sport is expanding its horizions into all aspects of skiing, I think that many people on this site are interested in more than just information about the terrain park at a resort.

Would you guys think it'd be a good idea to change the park updates to resort updates, and make it more of like a place for people to blog just about the resorts that they love in general?

 
I think, that would be a nice idea, because its not allways just in the park, where the shit is happening. In such a blog you could also post info about partys and other stuff ... 
 
I think its a good idea but there needs to be more people who are dedicated to updating them or they just die. I think there were only like 3 or 4 mountains that actually posted updates frequently. Others like for the avila updates, i only got around to updating it once.
 
yeah some have talked about other stuff, which really actually adds a whole new element to it.

I actually think it might have been nomensteven who suggested to make it resort updates?

Regardless, I think it'd be a great move because whoever said it is right... There's plenty of people on this site who aren't park rats.

 
maybe just call them all mountain updates...that way they can do cover events, mountain news, and parks.

Yeah I definitely think it was.

Well... we did it! I think this is an awesome idea... opens it up so much more. Now people can just generally blog about the mountain and whatever they want!

 
Mtn blogs would be sweet.

My local hill does one and its amazing since they rarely update the site. Awesome way to share event pics and new features super fast!
