basically the park sniper is our solution to getting people who don't belong in the park out of the park...

see if you have been to welch, you'll see there is another hill across the river facing the ski area...so if you are in the terrain park and you really don't belong there... a sniper aka "the park sniper" will shoot you from across the valley...

and thus we have the park sniper

nah...he still has the warning shot, i saw it the other day when i fell in the train...i don't think it has gotten THAT bad to where he just shoots you with out a warning shot.
