Park Skiing near Great Barrington, Massachusetts

Whats up NS,

Just got word that we are visiting my family in Great Barrington for Christmas and I am ready to tap into my inner core east coast park skiing ways. Does anybody from the area know if Butternut has a good park/ropetow? I can't remember if they have lights for night or not. Are there better parks close by at smaller mountains? Have never skied in the area. Gonna be a sick trip if there's a little park nearby where I can strengthen my rail game so I am hoping that there is something

Butternut is the move if you are out in the berkshires..unsure as to when they'll have a full run of features on twisted but I would guess they'll have a few features setup. ski bousquet is also worth checking out. Jiminy is pretty meh

Butternut is the move but prepare yourself for a brutally slow lift in between laps

Bousquet packs their park with features, real sick cannon rail.

Sounds good. The 20 extra minute drive might for sure be worth it to avoid the super slow lifts if Bousqet has a ton of features. I ski almost entirely freeride so I gotta hone my park skills.

Butternut usually had better park than anyone else around there. Don’t tell nobody about Butternut tho.. supposed to be a hidden gem ? hahaha

The only way I can put it, is they do very well working with what they’re given, elevation isn’t high at all but the runs are super fun

Butternut but I would highly recommend making the drive to mount snow or any other mountain in vermont/nh area
