so i was bangin my girlfriend a park parking lot minding our own business. then a cop rolls up and gives us each a citation for "using the park after hours." its for 50 dollars which i think is bullshit for just being in the parking lot. does anyone know if he can legally give me this fine?

but seriously, yes you probably have to pay the ticket. you may have been trespassing, or maybe your area has a curfew, or that specific spot (like most parks around where I am) have 'closing hours' where you're not allowed to being in it after a certain time. or you may not have been allowed to park there after a certain hour. there are a million reasons why you could have gotten a ticket. Look into it though just in case.
