it might be sweet for learning advanced stuff, but the thing is that you would prolly need pro coaches to have someone really knowledgable that would no how to do pretty much any trick.
they do have ski camps offered all year, and the most popular ones are in early summer at mount hood, where they have pros ski with people and help them on their tricks
locally, to get your certification you need to be able to jib a 10ft box and 180 a 15 ft jump.. BAM certified. im pretty sure the odd gapper from rentals could make it.
for mine we had to slide at 6ft ALUMINUM rail!! (thanks bishop) for those that don't know, aluminum being much softer than steel ski edges slides like shit. even the best skiers were havin problems
