i like how whistler/blackcomb does it with their highest level terrain park, keeps all the little shits out that think they can do all the jumps so well. A couple times, a kid went up a table and didn't make it up it, hit it like a 1/4 pipe!!!

I agree totally, the dumb shits should stay away from anything that moves, except for other dumbshits. Last season, on a double black, a kid on a rental snowboard, doesn't know how to turn, and somehow manages to get my legs inbetween his, and in the process dislocating my left knee. Also, it was the first day of the season, and i had just spent every fucking dime outfitting myself in new gear. Thank god he managed to get away before i gained conscienceness, or i would probably be in juvie, and on a quick road to hell.

you lose the right to sue the resort..not an individual who happens to be there. But dont become one of those people who sue about every single misfortune in life!
