We are all screwed there is no snow and it is supposed to be opening in 6 days. what are they going to do to get open.

well there is a huge storm coming this weekend. and its supposed to get cold out. and they have been talking about opeing a week later, just to get a good solid base before they open.

it looks like it will be cold for the next week durring the nights and we should get some snow the next few days..but I doubt that it will be that great for opening day.

in order to make a good amount of snow we ideally need temps at or below 20 for 72 hours to make an opening amount of snow. at 28 it would take a day or two more.

it looks like they have made snow on that same run that they opened last year

Yes that portion of homerun has held snow really well because it is shady most of the day.

same thing here in whistler i dont think they're gonna be able to open half the mountain or sumfin.
