Park City Ski Trip

Hey everyone im thinking about planing a ski trip to Parkcity and i was wondering which of you have done this and how much it costs and all that. i was thinking bout going for a week tops. and also, which mountain do i wanna go to, Deer Valley or The Canyons?

oh yeah. i wanna do some pow skiing, some glades and just some groomers too, but i still wanna ski some park and pipe too. and also, is ther alot of stuff around here for my mom to do while me and my friends go out and ski.

dude i've skied all the utah resorts for awhile, hit me up and I'll tell you where is good for what.

o shit i thought the park city i was looking at was weak. i was at www.parkcity.com not www.parkcitymountain.com. does the real park city have ne glades or pow runs?

Yeah man there is plenty for yer mom to do, ghahah. And don't go to Deer Valley...it is for people who want to pay a lot of money to get their feet kissed. Park City has the best parks, it also has some steeps and stuff. However, for the best Powder, go to Alta or Snowbird...back through the canyon, prolly a 50 minute drive to get all the way around?

Alta is sick for pow, just no park! There are plenty of natural hits! If you want I'll meet you there and show you around for a bit, I know the moutain fairly well! And I only got class three daysa week at UofU! Let me know, I up fo it. If you want park go to park city! Canyons is overated!

As I have been skiing these hills since I was two, trust me when I say that canyons and Deer Valley are a waste of your time. If you are really into parks, head over to PC, but it will cost you $$$ if you do stay there. Snowbird has one of the best balances of absolutley sick terrain, a very respectable park, and enough blues for your mom to keep her happy and so then everyone will want to come back next year and the next and the next....

 
bird/alta for actual skiing and park city for park. you will be disapointed with the birds park once you see pc's park.
