Park City conditions in fall

What are the conditions in park city around late november/early december ussualy like? and do they have there park built and open by then?
 
umm, usually not open in mid november, usually open around thanksgiving, and pic doesn't open until mid to late december on most decent snow years. joneseys opens earlier than pic by maybe 2 or 3 weeks, depending on snow...
 
^ yep fall is sketchy, They use to hold these ski races at the begenning of the year but stopped because it was never a garauntee that they would have enough snow. So now they have switched their focus on park because there is no real pressure to get it going by a certain date.
 
They'll have a couple boxes up when they open, but Pick 'n' Shovel probably won't be going 'til mid-December/after the Roxy Chicken Jam.
 
Yeah they usually have some rail lines that are really fun. Untill they build jonseys and they make the jumps a little bigger than usual sometimes so that everyone can have fun. But once the bigger parks are up they downsize them to fit beginners needs.
