Park boots?

I desperately need a new pair of boots next season and i was wondering what some good brands and models for park skiing boots are (that are a decent price) Thanks for any suggestions

Kryptons- Narrow

Scratch- Moderate

Foil- wide

SPK- Hideously wide

There isnt really such a thing as a "park boot". Pretty much what ever fits your foot, and has the aporpriate flex is good.

bingo!! if they don't bring out something that is called a brannoks device then tell them to go to hell. if they measure your foot on some lame ass ski measuring device get outta there or ask for a different fitter

i guess you didn't even bother to read the whole thread where everyone said giving out a random boot name doesn't help him at all. yet you still decided to say the two most common "park" boots.

read all this shit its important, and yes while the SPK is popular for park, i dont think its the best because its just mad soft and wide and while being a soft boot is good for lighter kids, it has shit handling and responsiveness which is good in every aspect of our sport (pipe, big jumps, rails), everything except urban

what i did was go on ebay, get last years boot for 100 dollars, and had a bootfitter look at it, put in an aftermarket insole (helps so much) and now i have a wicked comfortable, fairly responsive park boot (lange banshee 90) that was never meant to be for park. dont drop money on something stupid newb

raichle flexon, lightest boot ive ever held, you can buy diff tongues for change of flex, from ridiculously soft to stiff, and from my experience there not the same as the new fulltilts (heavy)

where is there a good bootfitter in the NE (upstate NY preferablly, or southern VT)
