Park - Bevel vs complete detune

Hi, I just bought a rossignol scratch ghetto and will only be doing park with it (jumps and rails, no pipe).

I was wondering if I put a bevel on them (like 2-3 degree)and keep them sharpened, will it still catch on the rails?

Would I be better detuning it completely? Or just under foot and tip/tail?

Slight detune with gummy stone or complete file detune?

Please help me, I can't wait to ride them, but don't want to risk delaminating the edges.

Thank you,

i just take my skis and rub them against a rail or somthing, but I would say full detune if it is just park and you want to do it right

I just use a gummy just a little under my foot, maybe a bit longer than binding-to-binding.
They catch a micro-bit at the beginning, but they safely detune themselves realy quickly.
I wouldnt risk a razor-sharp edge and a bevel because you can still catch.

yep, just for the first couple of runs on them, don't do anything super tech on rails, and they will detune fine

Bevel them at 1 degree and then detune under the foot, as well as where the tip and tail curve up.
