Park and pipe bindings

Look PX 12 JIB

UNBELIEVABLE binding.

the salomon 912tis or whatever they are called this year are nice. i haven't had too many problems with those. plus, the guy at the shop told me they've had more trouble with the looks then the salomons, so i took that into consideration when buying this year...

salomon z12 hands down there is not a better binding for park and pipe. the looks are heavy as hell. a pair a z12's weigh about as much as the px12 does alone

If you're having problems with your bindings being too heavy, you're the biggest pussy ever. Z12's aren't the greatest bindings but neither are PX 12's. The best binding you're going to find is the Rossignol FKS Series or whatever the Look version is. They won't break, and they won't prerelease. But as far as consumer bindings go, I'd definately go with looks.

if you have problems with bindings breaking like looks and rossis from skiing backwards in soft snow get 4frnt deadbolts. extremly solid pretty much unbreakable. best binding ive ever riden and i had a pair of axial 120 powers for 2 years.

i think there light for what you get. there my lightest set up, but the skis are wicked light as well. you're not going to notice the difference weight wise between those and the px.

Dont get sollys, if you pop one on the hill it will throw off your balance and you will double eject.

Get look PX12 JIBS, flippin great binding

ive got last years saloman 912tis and i broke them both right after i got them

but cuase saloman is a solid company they replaced them in 20 mins and i skied the next day and now i love em

except no vertical toe release...I wish there was a 15 DIN race stock construction heelpiece + pivot series toe. That would be so ultimate.

salomon bindings are horrible pieces of shit. mine pre-release if i land a jump or rail slightly sideways or hit a mogul wrong. look bindings (especially the old ones with the pivot heel) are mad boss.

FKS bindings are really sick but I dont recommend them unless you are really big or ski really hard. If you plan on hitting mid-sized park tables all day or just skiing bumps, I dont recommend them.

wrong, because of liability, they cannot set them past a certain level based on your height, weight, and foot size. They dont take into account how hard you ski because it is such a technical piece of information that it is hard to sum it up on just a chart, which is why that "3 level" skiing system is total bullshit. My shop sets my bindings on 6 and Im 5'8" and 145 lbs. When I get home, I put them on 11 and I still pre-release all the time unless I am riding my FKS bindings.
