Park/All mountain ski suggestions!

Okay this is going to be my last thread about what skis!i want to get a ski that will be great in the park but will also be pretty damn good on the groomers!(also needs to be durable)

I am 5'6.5" and about 120 lbs but i am still growing, i am an intermediate-advanced skier but i am a beginner at park! I want it to be playful but still be able to hold an edge.

I can't ship k2 or line to Australia so they have to be ruled out.

I have been looking at the:

K2 Recoils ( i was set on these until i found out i can't ship them to Aus.)

Surface Double Times

Armada Ar7 but it might be too stiff.

Anyway i hope i can get some help on this and sorry if it pisses you off seeing another one of these threads!

I was going to say the AR7 but as you mentioned it might be a little stiffer than you're looking for. Not sure what your snow is like but the ARV kills it all over the mountain.

Snow is pretty average! haha, but we get our days. Lots of slush usually on the most popular and easy runs as you would expect. I did look at the arv but it is a bit pricey at around $600.

alpha 1, liberty lte are pretty solid park / all mountain skis. if you prefer traditional skis, id recommend pipe cleaners

Thanks man! Would the Alpha 1's be any good for carving? The LTE's seem like a sick ski but i can't get them very cheap.

The Alpha 1s are a great ski on edge. They are stable at high speed and they have a pretty predictable ride quality.

Out of all of the skis I have ridden, that one is the best for a one ski quiver.

What size were you thinking of getting? Keep in mind you want to run a bit longer with an early rise ski such as the Alpha.

No one on here ever mentions Head Skies. I have the Head Bullet's and i had the JO pros and they were the bests skies ive ever ridden. Theyre bullet proof pretty much, good and stable for jumps and just a fun ski all around the mountain.

If you want it to hold an edge, the Halo will not as well as the other skis mentioned. It's a fairly park specific ski performance wise

Just found out i can get the 2010 Armada Ar6's in 171cm for 399 brand new, would these be good? and i found out that the alphas have a race base that you have to wax fairly often so that is kind of a put off.

Sorry about bumping this thread again, i can get Liberty LTE's for $569 or Ar6's for $415. Which should i go for!?

you guys say the ar'7 are to stiff have guys even ridden them cause im the same exact weight and height and im gettin 166 ar7's
