Going to Europe next week and visiting those cities.

Any cool recommendations or specific spots to go to besides the obvious?

When in amsterdam, dont go to the Bulldog coffeeshop. Its the biggest one but also the most touristic. There are a lot of smaller ones where you can relax and enjoy your spliff.

As of Prague, go to Letna Park, beatiful overview of the city and also mostly locals and not a lot of tourists

My teacher lived in Amsterdam. He only rly told us about him getting kicked out of school there and the forge in exchange program oh and getting to use the queens bathroom in some rifle club. Other than that no clue. But no matter what you do you’ll have a good time. It’s a cool ass lookin city

The Dutch know how to party while protesting. Look at that thick ganja smoke. Everyone in the Netherlands, including children and babies are high or have a secondhand high or are on shrooms.

Sounds like a good time! Check out the red light district when in Amsterdam, it is interesting to say the least. Watch out for bikes, everyone is riding one and doesnt give a f**k. Not sure your age, but you can drink some beer and some wines at 16, 18 for all others.

Prague is a beautiful city, lots of history there(anywhere in EU really). I only spent 3 days there, went to a club from a recommendation from some local people I met, I cant remember the name of it but it was lit! I will look back on photos and try and see if I can find the name of it. Safe travels and have fun........ remember, what happens on holidays stays on holidays, except chlamydia, chlamydia comes home with you.

Thanks a bunch for the advice!!!

Prague is great and there's really nothing like it in the US. The whole center part of the city is super walkable, filled with history, and local dives where no one speaks much english and you can buy super cheap bear. Paris is kinda like NYC tbh.

Copenhagen is cool af. Like a Scandinavian Dutch city. Don't try to film in Christiana Freetown or you might get your ass kicked.

I've been to Paris, definitely overrated but the eiffel tower is pretty cool. if you can try to check out some of the smaller French cities, I stayed in Rouen on foreign exchange and it was a really cool city

Talk to my brother [tag=111480]@ChadThundercock[/tag] about the whore houses in Prague

he will point you in the right direction

Prague > Paris > Amsterdam > Berlin

Do the English-speaking beer tour on your first night in Prague to make cool friends. Take your historical tours early in the morning before it gets crazy. 7 story club is a trip. Don't sleep on the food in Prague, it's surprisingly good (not like Czech food, literally everything).

Paris absolutely sucked the first 1-2 times I went and I can't really explain why, just wasn't impressed. My remaining trips in Paris were some of the most fun of all time, just do your research before you get there and don't wander around like a dingus.

Amsterdam is a 3-day trip, max. Pancake house by the Anne Frank museum is a must.

Berlin is cool, but there's a lot of places I would choose over it if it was my money.

My fav "sleeper spots" are Florence, Salzburg, anything in Croatia, southern Spain, Dolomites (Italy)... just off the top of my head.

Never been to any but imo Prague is coolest, was supposed to visit Paris but covid hit like 2 weeks before I was going

You could spend three days in Amsterdam just doing museums. If you get board take the train down to Leiden, go to the beach at the Hague. Delft is down that way too.

If you want to go to the beach from Amsterdam you do not take the train to Leiden......

Note the comma, used to separate items within a sentence.

Seriously though the whole country is the size of a typical county in the US and has very good transportation infrastructure. You can go from anywhere to anywhere else in about an hour.

Hopefully going back in the spring time to do the more southern countries :)

Having fun in Paris, met up with some local friends / connections.

Some of them have been really cool, but holy shit, the self absorbed traits of the locals is tough to deal with. It’s funny because the stereotype Europeans have for Americans is that we think we’re the best, yet I’m encountering so many strong egos.

Cool, glad you are enjoying it.

It is funny to see how they do stereotype Americans, but honestly, I have seen some arrogant Americans which do give them that taste but I have also seen many of the locals be just as arrogant so it goes both ways. Best to just be humble, have fun and enjoy their culture. Have fun and let me know if you need any bail money.lol
