I know it sounds bad, but bible paper is great. Burns well and relatively cheap even if you only use the index of popes and the cover pages.

i would usually use Rizzla,

but if theres no rolling paper, jsut rip a page out of the bible, that stuff always burns really nicely

but im not very knowledgable with this stuff anymore, ive been off the ganja for about 6 months now
