Who makes good pants I'm thinking burton. and Im getting the oakley cohort jacket but I don't know what size to get I'm about 5 10 and im pretty muscular so would a large be to small?

I personally don't like burton pants, just because of the way they're cut. Awesome pants, but maybe just don't fit me right. I think burton pants are made for people with extremely large asses. It's like I can fit a basketball in the back of the pants.

Quiksilver has some really awesome pants this year. And the most durable pants I've ever owned have been DNA. DNA is kinda expensive though, along with orage. I'd personally stay away from siver cartel. pants really aren't durable and have 5,000 mm of waterproofing. The Siver Pivotal pants are like $140, while you could get the Quiksilver Johnson pants with double the waterproofing and some fleece in the butt and knees, for $130. I hate to put down ski clothing companies, but siver needs to pick it up. Stuff looks good, but most skiers want something functional that will do more than pick up chicks in the lodge. I don't mean to talk up quiksilver too much, because there are tons of other companies with good stuff, but they do have some sick shit this year.

^ i guess you are right, they are just baggy though to me. I personally love my burton pants

i got some 686 pants last year that were larges and they fit this year this year as well. Im about the same size and the waist has an adjustable band so you might wanna check em out, plus they are durable.

if your 5'10 then you may want to go with L... i don't really like any of the Burton pants... just go with Siver or Obermyer or something

dude i'd only wear those for something like urban. Waterproofing on lower end oakley stuff is really crappy. I think those might be like under 1000 mm actually. For $20 more you can do so much better than that. Even the helly Embargo pant for $100 on tramdock pretty damn good.

well they seem to be working fine for me. they are fucking sick and they are cheap because they are on sale, not because they are shitty

under 1000mm? dont do it man, thats like mesh... u dont need to worry about peeing urself, itll go right through

i have been looking at bonfire pants and they look pretty nice...the ones i am looking at are the opic balance...20,000mm waterproof...they fit baggy as hell

orage awc pants are good. First thing i did when i got them was thrust the pants under the sink and watch the water cascade painlessly over the 20000mm goodness.
