Pants vs bibs

I’m looking for a new pair of ski pants but I’m not sure weather I should go with pants or bibs. I’ve seen plenty of vids of dudes looking fly as fuck wearing them and shredding hard but I’m just not sure weather I need them or not. I’ve had regular pants Im the past but I’m kinda leaning towards bibs. do about 50/50 park and all mountain at resorts. Does anyone have any opinions on what I should get. I’ve been looking at bib brands like flylow, dakine, and trew. I also heard armada makes some good ones

I feel regular pants give me more movement to throw rotations and make me feel less stiff, I'd suggest suspenders or a belt on regular pants.

really like my dakine bibs, theyre goretex and have lasted a while. My last set of bibs lasted me a few years which was awesome so I just replaced them with a newer version of the bibs (Stoker 3L). Can move around in them just fine. They dont feel restrictive at all but im like 5'11 157lbs so im a rather small lad with not much meat on my bones.

Get bibs. Don't worry about if you ski park or whatever, they will perform just as good as normal snow pants.

Do you find that they’re restrictive or uncomfortable at all? That’s what I’m mostly worried about cuz I don’t wanna drop 450 on new bibs and not like them cuz there uncomfortable or restriticive

Not at all, the only weird this is if you slouch or bend forward you will feel the bib fold over, but that's no problem, and it's hardly noticeable.

I have Dakine Stoker 3l bibs and some Virtika ones that are super warm.

pants with suspenders are the absolute way to go, anyone who complains about getting snow in their shirt is a pussy who doesnt tuck their shit in to their pants

They can be if they don't fit your body right, depending on the brand and the size. Best to be able to try them on and move around in them to see.

We love bibs! They're usually less restrictive than pants if anything. Pair it with a ninja suit, and you're living the no waistband life - it's a gamechanger. Plus, you'll look fly and shred hard.

Hardest setup to poop in too. Other than that it’s great.

I got dakine wyeast bibs, super comfy and sorta baggy in xl. Super durable and have just gotten a small hole after 3 years of using them.

i recomend bibs all the way

Good call. Women's bibs are ahead of the game there with a lot now featuring a drop seat zipper

I like bibs, those chest pockets are so convenient and if you can find a pair that fully zips top to bottom on the outside its super easy to take them off or put them on

I ended up ordering saga monarch bibs and holy shit there so comfortable. I definenetly made the right call going with bibs. Thanks everyone who helped me decide
