Pandora for Movies and tv shows?

a lot of sites have a recommendations section, though not as "good" as pandora. EG, netflix will look at the movies you watch, and then recommend certain picks from similar genres, or ones that other people liked
 
it was just an idea, its always growing, and pandora doesn't have every song ever made. Anyone one else know of anything similar?
