i just painted my poles they look pretty sick i just wondered would that paint come off easily with all the beatings poles go through?

i just applied wut is hopeully the last coat...i can put one up either later tonight or tommorow

unleess u want a pic of them drying...cuz i put a piece of paint tape over the black from the actual pole so when it dries and i take it off...it has a black stripe on it

the paint has pretty much no chance of staying on. i painted my poles and the panit was destroyed after one weekend. the only way that it would have works is ir you sand the orrigonl pant off and make the metal very rough. clearcoats dont help either.

i painted mine gold and i have done about 5 summer skiing and they have took a beating but it seems to say on pretty good....my mom is a artist...she says if it comes off sand the pole and then paint it cause when its rough its easy to stay

i make them outta Aluminum... so they're way shiny, super light, and original. I have two sets of heart shaped ones, and i'm gonna make some stairs here soon.

i painted mine silver with spray paint, kinda lame, and they were old shitty loaner poles

my poles are bright pink with lime green baskets and accents on the grip.

only prob, it makes your flailing arms more noticeable

PAINTING POLES IS BAD... it distracts from the skier... u dont want ur poles standing out, u want like skis and shit to stand out so when u shifty and shit its quite obvious and looks dope, but poles dont look super good, or atleast most dont focus on them....just my opinion

i painted mine gold.....cause i got the pes and wanted to match kinda so i painted them gold and they have come off in small scraps but not bad at all

what u gotta do is mix and match poles, i use two different types of poles, its the way to go, altough i do it cuz somehow i broke one pole, but people always seem to notice

i bought some clear coat when i painted my poles and just put a shit load of it on.. cut i makes the paint look shinnier and it also protects the paint a little bit better

if u are going to paint anything especially something that si going to take a beating...sand...primer....sand....primer....sand....wet sand....paint...paint....clear...clear...
