NS, What do Ya'll Think?

They were done with acrylic paint, and were thinly coated with a clear aerosol sealant.
I highly doubt that they will hold up through the winter, but at least i tried eh?

Looks sick, maybe you could use a plastic laminate to cover the design. Either way looks sick

Do you mind giving a bit of a step by step? I have been considering doing this with a pair of skis i might buy for cheap.

Now you can call heading to the hill "whaling."

Two suggestions: 1) read Moby Dick, because it's amazing, and 2) keep this up, because that's way cool.

Looks sick, did you sand the tops or use primer before painting - if not the paint might chip off very easy. Hope they hold up for you.

that is extremely awesome. you should sell them, buy another pair, paint that pair. repeat

not at all. is there anything in particular you would like to know? to start of with i lightly sanded them, then primed them with 4 very thin coats of spraypaint.

also, i am most definitely going to start using the term "whaling pow."

Well in one of the Idea bonus features a video shows a timelapse of a guy doing it to his chronics. Looks like he put a primer on it a few times then sharpied in his design

at my high school if you have the blue prints and the correct materials, you can make your own things. SKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!

haha. shark and a whale. pretty dope tho. i cant see it holding up very long tho. those are hellbents. right?

damn i wish i could paint that well. keep it up! it'll be sick to have topsheets that confuse everyone haha
